If a spreadsheet contains a lot of zero values, you might want to hide them to make you spreadsheet easier to read.

To hide zero values on the sheet, proceed as follows:

1.Right-click the sheet tab of the sheet containing the zero values that you want to hide.

2.In the context menu of the sheet, select the Hide zero values checkbox.

To display previously hidden zero values on the sheet, proceed as follows:

1.Right-click the sheet tab of the sheet containing the zero values that you want to display.

2.In the context menu of the sheet, clear the Hide zero values checkbox.
